ISPA, the Belgian Internet Service Providers Association, has retained AdValvas Solutions, in this field.
The objective of the Project is the set up a "secure e-mail" system as well as a system that allows Providers to uniquely identify and authenticate users.
AdValvas is currently working on:
definition of the Functional Requirements
design of the System Architecture needed
the Business Case for Providers
building a pilot system by end 2003
